Windows — installation
If you have a previous installation of the StreamVPN client, please make sure it has been fully uninstalled before installing this version.
Log in to your StreamVPN account and go to the Install tab — choose the Windows download. The installer is compatible with Windows 7 onwards; the screenshots below are from Windows 10 but the steps are identical.
Once logged in to your StreamVPN account, go to the Install tab and choose the Windows download.
If you're on Chrome or Firefox, the installer will save to your Downloads folder. Double-click it from there to run.
Windows User Account Control will ask you to confirm the installation. Click Yes.
The installer starts up and you'll get a chance to read the Acceptable Use Policy. Tick the agreement box and click Install.
Accept the prompt to install the TAP Windows Adapter.
Installation is complete. Click Restart to reboot your PC.
You now have a new StreamVPN icon on your desktop. Double-click it to connect.
