StreamVPN connects on ChromeOS via the built-in L2TP/IPsec client — no extra app needed.

Click the toolbar in the bottom-right of the screen and open Settings.

ChromeOS settings — add connection

From Settings pick Add Connection → Add OpenVPN/L2TP.

ChromeOS add private network panel

In the Add private network panel, fill in:

  • Server hostname: see the country list below
  • Service name: StreamVPN (any label is fine)
  • Provider type: L2TP/IPsec + pre-shared key
  • Pre-shared key: poikilo
  • Username: your VPN username
  • Password: your VPN password
  • Save identity and password: tick the box

Click Connect.
