Agreement

This agreement is between My Expat Network Limited (trading as StreamVPN) and you, the subscriber, to provide a virtual private network service. By using the service you accept these terms and agree to be bound by this document, future revisions, and the current Acceptable Use Policy.

Term

This agreement commences on receipt of payment from our payment service and, unless terminated earlier in line with these terms, continues on a 1, 12 or 24 month basis depending on the plan.

Service

Service speed can vary depending on your location, line quality, internet traffic and other factors beyond our control. We can't guarantee specific upload or download speeds.

Your service isn't limited by monthly data transfer, but we reserve the right to impose limits if it becomes necessary.

Any IP addresses assigned to you as part of the service are the property of our service provider and may change at any time.

We can't and don't guarantee uninterrupted service. My Expat Network Limited won't be liable for any monetary damages beyond what the user paid to My Expat Network Limited.

Cancellation and refund

Your account remains in service as long as we continue to receive your payment (based on the plan you signed up to). If payment isn't received, access to our VPN service will be cancelled. You can log into your account and cancel any time. Within 30 days of sign-up, on request, we'll refund the fee. After 30 days no refund will be made for any remaining time on the plan, for any reason.

Disclaimers and warranties

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. My Expat Network Limited doesn't warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. We make no express warranties and waive all implied warranties — including title, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — for any merchandise, information or service provided through us or the internet generally. No advice or information given by My Expat Network Limited or its representatives creates a warranty. We aren't liable for any costs or damages arising directly or indirectly from your use of the services or the internet. Our cumulative liability for any claims relating to use of the services won't exceed the total amount of service fees paid during the month immediately preceding a claim.

We have no liability for claims, losses, damages or proceedings resulting from: other users accessing your computer; security breaches; eavesdropping; denial-of-service attacks; interception of traffic; your reliance on or use of the equipment or services; errors, defects, delays or omissions; or use of the equipment or services that infringes the rights of any third party.

Miscellaneous

This agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, and our other agreements and policies posted on www.streamvpn.com constitute the entire agreement between you and My Expat Network Limited with respect to your use of the service. We may revise, amend or modify the agreements at any time. Notice will be posted on our website and/or sent by email.

You may not assign your rights or delegate your duties under this agreement without our prior written consent. If a provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder remains in force. Nothing here creates an agency, partnership or joint enterprise between the parties.

You shall indemnify and hold My Expat Network Limited harmless against all third-party claims, demands, suits, judgments, losses, costs, damages, legal fees and expenses arising from any breach of this agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, or our other agreements and policies.
