Free installation service

The vast majority of our clients install the software themselves in under 5 minutes. But for those who aren't so comfortable with tech, we offer an online installation service by one of our geeks — at no extra cost.

How it works

1. Log a request at our Help Desk with "Installation Request" in the subject.
2. We'll contact you as soon as possible (usually within an hour, 9am–midnight GMT) to install the service using TeamViewer for online access to your machine.

Questions

How do I prevent further access to my computer after the installation?

TeamViewer generates a session password that changes with every software start to provide additional security against unauthorised access.

How do I know you're not installing something nasty on my computer?

Security-relevant functions like file transfer require additional, manual confirmation from your side. It's also not possible to invisibly control a computer — the person at the remote computer is always able to see when someone is accessing it.
